Mind drugs that have been largely experimental over the last decades, are now under severe medical scrutiny by expert psychiatrists many of whom share the conclusion that the damage that has been done and is still being perpetrated is so severe as to advise a ban upon many of the psychiatric drugs produced by pharmaceutical companies and generally prescribed for depression, anxiety and more serious mental diseases.
Because our population is largely dependent upon current health systems that have supported the drug philosophy and doctors have been willing to take the chemical route in medicating for mental and physical diseases, the majority of people have a bloodstream consisting of a cocktail of artificially introduced chemicals and remedies. This factor replaces the natural body chemistry when our bloodstream was simply comprised of natural nutrients found in our food. The present complexity of chemicals in most patients makes the introduction of every new drug unpredictable.
However, we have come to the sad impasse that no medicinal drug can be trusted to deliver a consistent result. Medical records abound with examples where negative reactions were not anticipated. Many iatrogenic deaths have occurred through administration of drugs for both physical and mental problems. In the latter case there are serious reactions that have completely destroyed the quality of life of those who are now disabled in their brain and mental life.
To know the negatives about modern drugs provides us with motivation to seek a better, safer way of health care. If we choose to avoid drugs for treatment of any physical and mental symptoms, we must have an alternative method of easing our distress and reducing our symptoms.
To put into action a positive alternative system takes considerable application and thought. Whether in private, or in group training and action, we must create better health that will be our natural defence against disease of all kinds. A mental health and fitness programme is a similar requirement.
